bravion.ai offers a multi-provider artificial intelligence agent platform, enabling businesses and individuals to access, configure, and use AI models from various providers to automate processes and execute tasks.

By accessing or using the bravion.ai platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not use our services.

To use our services, you must create an account providing truthful and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your access credentials and for all activities performed on your account.

bravion.ai operates with a credit system: • Credits are purchased in advance and consumed based on AI model usage. • Cost per model varies by provider and task complexity. • Unused credits remain in the account with no expiration date. • Refunds may be requested for unused credits, subject to our refund policy.

By using our services, you agree to: • Not use the platform for illegal or harmful activities. • Not attempt to access other users' data without authorization. • Not reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code. • Not submit content that violates third-party rights. • Respect platform usage limits and rate limits.

The bravion.ai platform, including its code, design, brand, and documentation, is the property of bravion.ai. Content generated by AI models from your prompts belongs to you, subject to the terms of use of the underlying AI providers.

bravion.ai is not responsible for: • Results generated by AI models, which must be validated by the user. • Temporary unavailability of third-party provider services. • Indirect, consequential losses or lost profits. • Improper use of the platform by the user. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the last 12 months.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated by email or platform notification with a minimum of 30 days' notice.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of São Paulo, SP, Brazil.
